Claim Assistant – Healthcare Management (CAs)
Job Responsibilities:
* Analyzing Health claims
* Claims administration handling and report
* Assisting client in claim administration and procedures
* Handling client’s complaint, claims investigation, claims dispute
* Organizing regular meeting with clients and/or underwriters
Qualification and Skills:
* Min. Bachelor degree majoring in medicine
* experience in group life & health insurance or insurance broker, underwriting or claims area is an advantage
* Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation computer applications
* Fluent in English (verbal and written)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Creative and have high initiative
