We seek smart, curious and suitably qualified people for the following position :
Finance & Accounting Manager
Job Desription :
1. Control the business growth & strategic plan for the business
2. Review & control the financial risk & commercial risk, report to region Office.
3. Control the 3 year business plan of the company and discuss the actual result with MD.
4. Oversee & control the Budget & Forecast (quarterly)
5. Oversee & review the Financial Report both Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet (based on IFRS & GAAP)
6. Oversee & review all taxes With holding taxes (local & overseas)
a) VAT (local & overseas)
b) Personnel income tax, etc
7. Control & Review the client agreement/contract agreement with clients & supp;iers.
8. Oversee the policy & the standard terms of the business is implemented properly both for clients & suppliers.
9. Control & monitor the audit of the Smart Bidding System (Pricing System) to avoid any loss.
10. Responsible for the implementation of Business Continuity Plan.
11. Control & review the capital expenditure budget & the actual usage.
12. Control the schedule of project and support with all necessary equipment immediately (project management control)
13. Oversee & review the set up the KPI & control the actual achievement, cooperate with inter-department Head & HR Manager
Requirements :
1. Male/Female age between 34 – age 42 yr.
2. Bachelor degree/Master Degree in Accounting or Economics
3. Posses excellent knowledge of Cash Flow
4. Posses working knowledge of commercial laws and their applications.
5. Having experience in IFRS, Budget, Forecasting
6. Good understanding of PPh 21 (Personnel Income Tax)
7. Good understanding Indonesian tax and accounting regulation.
8. Computer literacy and trustworthy.
9. Ability to motivate subordinates and ensure their growth and development.
10. Able to work under pressure.
11. Min. 7 year relevant experience.
12. Decision maker and Excellent communicator.
13. Fluent in speaking and writing English.
14. Strong personality & self motivation person
