Head HRD
Qualifications:
* Male/Female
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
* Minimum of 3 years experience in Psychology
* Background in multifinance industry is preferred
* Knowledge and able with Ms Office and internet are essential
* Good leadership and able to develop effective working relationship with the subordinates, superior, Regional & Corporate management is critical
* Able to work in team and can be under pressure
