CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER (CRM)
Major Accountabilities:
* Perform as professional company ambassador.
* Handling complaints and request from the customer with professional way.
* Provide informations for the customer.
* Maintain good relationship with the customer and other parties.
General Requirements:
* Female; hold a bachelor degree in any major.
* Minimum 7 years working experience in the same field.
* Good understanding in customer management system.
* Passionate to serve others.
* Good in written and speaking English is a must
* Computer literacy.
* Good interpersonal & communication skill.
