Lowongan pekerjaan Finance & Accounting Officer Great Gift Arico Indonesia. We, PT.Great Gift Arico Indonesia, is licensing agent and sole distributor merchandising agent of Sanrio Co.Ltd Japan who own international brand such as Hello Kitty, My Melody, Bad Badz Maru, Kero Keropi etc.
We are looking for dynamic, energetic and highly motivated people to fill the following post:
Finance & Accounting Officer
(Office Location, Jakarta Pusat – Cempaka Putih Area Near ITC Cempaka Mas)
Responsibilities:
* Managing day to day Finance & Account Activity such as recording bookkeeping etc.
* Costing and budgeting including Making financial and tax report
* Payroll
* Payment of all taxes and all mandatory fees to government authorities
* Processing of billings / invoices to clients including collection from clients
* Processing of payment to suppliers and other payees
* Petty cash management
* Coordination with company’s bank/s
* Balancing of accounts
* Preparation and submission of all financial reports
* Cash flow management and reporting
* Work with with internal and/or external auditors
* Other related responsibilities
Requirements:
* Female max 30 years old, Bachelor Degree (S1) With GPA > 3.0 in finance and accounting management from reputable university.
* Able to design and operate Finance and Accounting system using “Accurate” software is an advantages.
* Knowledge of Indonesian Tax law & regulation is a must
* Have relevant working experience at least 1 years.
* Computer literate, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Good written and spoken communication skills in English is a must.
