Senior Sales Manager
The Senior Sales Manager develops strategic sales plans, builds large opportunity forecasts and does direct sales of PACNET�s products & services to Carriers & ISPs customers based in Indonesia to achieve revenue and accounts growth in line with Indonesia sales objectives. As part of Carrier�s plan in Asia, this direct sales presence in Indonesia will cover and support Indonesia�s Carriers and ISPs
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage close relationships with key carriers and ISPs in Indonesia.
* Sells predominantly IP Transit, Colocation, IPL to the Indonesia Market.
* To grasp the changes/trends in Indonesia market and communicate back to the reporting manager.
* Promote Pacnet�s branding and capabilities in Indonesia through customer�s facing presentation.
* To work closely with Credit Team to manage account�s receivable
* Achieve revenue and accounts growth targets in line with the country sales objectives
* Provide accurate sales funnel forecast and develop sales plans to acquire, develop & expand key accounts
* Act as the Company�s official representative in Indonesia as regards regulatory and statutory signatory requirements
Requirements:
* Basic degree and minimum 3 years’ Sales experience in the telco/IT industry with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
* Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful, with the ability to work under stress.
* A �people person� with good presentation skills and ability establish, foster and maintain business relationships with different levels in a customer�s organization.
* Excellent communication skills including the ability to construct detailed proposals and highly developed questioning techniques with a good command of written and spoken English
* Highly refined sales skills: aggressive and result oriented and streetwise in winning sales.
