The company is part of a large multinational organisation that has a successful history of over fifteen years operating in Indonesia.
Due to the expansion of our recently launched dnx business into Asia, we are seeking :
Training Coordinator
Responsibility :
* Manage training activities within dnx Indonesia operation. Including Operator Training System (Competencies) and Leadership Training (Managerial).
* Develop Occupation Training Need for all position within operation.
* Prepare Training plan, lesson plan and assessment for all operator.
* Priorities and prepare plan for all trainer / assessor on their duty.
* Implementation of Operator Training System
Qualification :
* Min Bachelor Degree
* Min 3 year experiences in similar position.
* Willing to be placement in remote area.
* Fluent in English, both oral & written
