Due to our continued expansion and recently announced acquisitions, we are seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for below position in one of our many projects
HR Superintendent ( South Kalimantan )
Requirements:
* Min. Bachelor Degree in Law or Management or Psychology.
* Min. 5 years experiences in personnel administration, HR management, general affairs, recruitment procedure, employee appraisal system and other HR activities.
* Good record in HR Management function and experiences in maintaining Union.
* Min. 5 years experiences working in Coal Mining Company preferred.
* Have an experience working at project site minimum 5 years preffered.
* Creative, hardworking and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Good command in English for communication and written is must.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Will be post at Sebuku Mine – South Kalimantan.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and improve the existing Human Resource Information System.
* Maintain and formulate the Manpower Planning
* Responsible for employee recording and administration.
* Execute, implement and maintain the HR Policy and General Affair.
* External affair with other parties related with Industrial Relation, such as: governmental bodies, non-governmental organization, clients, etc.
* Manage the process flow for administrative related with personnel.
* Maintain the recruitment procedures and processes include: searching, interviewing, testing and selection.
* Develop, implement and maintain the remuneration management system: salary structure and scale, allowance, incentive, benefit, overtime
* Develop and implement the employee appraisal system
* Facilitate the promotion, mutation, demotion and termination
* Contract monitoring and recording for permanent, temporary, and daily position
* Manage and facilitate the employee support services: medical, insurance and pension
* Develop Labor Supply, and Manage Union.
* Manage Remuneration Management : Structure & Scale skill, Basic Salary, Allowances;
a. Incentive & Overtime
b. Performance Appraisal
c. Promotion, Mutation & Demotion and Termination of employment
d. Seluruh Perizinan Ketenaga Kerjaan
e. Handling permanent and temporary employee
f. Medical, Hospital, insurance & Employee Pension gift.
g. Benefit & Other Facilities.
* Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by HR Manager.
