Quality Process Consultant

We are currently recruiting Quality Process Consultant professionals. These positions are based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Skills Required

Essential:-

* Two plus years of experience in IT / Telecom industry
* Exposure to Application Support and maintenance scenarios
* Exposure to quality tools
* Understanding of basic quality models and ways of working
* Hands on excel and macros
* Good communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:-

* Exposure to BPO processes
* Exposure to telecom processes
* Exposure to ITIL

Role and Responsibilities:

* Collection of all transactional data
* Track and be custodian of all transaction documents (data) which are generated across each touch point / interface.
* Audit documents and handle exceptions in compressed time frames.
* Analysis of data and locate recurring defects.
* Trend analysis of defects using quality tools and run improvement programs.
* Obtain management approval of proposed interventions.
* Implement interventions and repeat cycle of data collection etc.

Functional:

* Strong written/verbal communication skills
* Positive and flexible attitude
* Ability to think clearly, identify risks, anticipate eventualities and resolve problems under pressure
* Ability to understand and comply with business processes and procedures
* Ability to interact with stakeholders effectively

Technical:

* Ability to understand and comply with methods, standards, guidelines, tools, techniques and procedures used in the world of quality assurance

Managerial:

* Good team player
* Ability to complete tasks within timeframe and quality requirements
* Ability to produce and monitor effective plans and take responsibility for achieving them by co-coordinating resources
* Expediting progress and escalating problem issues.
