RECRUITMENT SECTION HEAD (RSH)
JOB PURPOSE
Manage the channel recruitment activities in order to achieve manpower target in line with the organization’s dynamic growth
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor ‘s Degree in Psychology or Management with GPA 3.00
* At least 3 (three) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Develop recruitment process and tools to manage impression of the candidates
* Manage the administrative aspects of manpower : recruitment folder, movement form and monthly/weekly structure report
* Manage manpower retention and attract candidates to join the company organization team with competitive compensation scheme and career path
* Able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality
* A self-motivated, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
* High accuracy, customer service attitude, helpful and discipline
* Highly motivated and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
* Proficient in verbal and writing English language
* Ability to start work immediately
