Responsibilities:
* Identify proactively and manage all legal risk and promote good corporate governance practices;
* Provide and ensure data, regulation that related with banking industrial relation issues;
* Handle all legal documentation properly and provide the legal advice.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years experience at corporate legal and credit administration of the bank;
* Male / Female age max 35 years;
* Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent;
* Pleasant personality, strong leadership, persuasive person, and also good negotiation and management skill;
* Fluent in both oral and written English is prefered.
