Currently we are recruiting on the behalf of our Clients in search of Human Resources Senior Manager conforming to the criteria below:
HR Senior Manager
Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology with Profession License
* Female/ Male, in her/ his mid 30’s
* Minimum 5 years related working experience, preferably from Telco/ Manufacturer/ Pharmacy
* Familiarity with manage, develop and conduct recruitment and selection process and allign with business objectives
* Responsible for manage up to date selection and assesment method, annual man power plan, R&S system and Procedure
* Responsible for promotion, rotation and mutation process & documentation
* Has extensive knowledges of Human Capital Concepts
* Has extensive knowldges for industrial and employee relation, training and organization development
* Has extensive knowledges for talent management and office management
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
* Hands on
* Flexible on considering different realities
