PT. Dian Graha Elektrika, a sister local company of a multinational company in telecommunication industry is looking for a suitable candidate to join our team.
HR Staff – Recruitment and Training (Reference Code: HR – R&T)
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for all HR related matters, especially in Recruitment and Training within PT. Dian Graha Elektrika, and report directly to General Manager of HRD.
Qualifications:
1. Master Degree, possessing minimum a certificate of psychologist profession is a must
2. Having a license to give a service in psychology field.
3. Having good knowledge and experience in conducting, scoring, and evaluating the psychological test and assessment center using the tools as required.
4. Having experience in arranging and organizing training, workshop, and seminar.
5. Willing to do the administrative tasks.
6. Computer literate (MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, HR-related system).
7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
8. Able to work independently as well as in team, self-motivated, able to work under tight schedule, dynamic, and willing to travel around Indonesia in a short notice.
