Competence@, is active in China since 2000, and provides a complete human resources management service. We have 4 divisions: Assessment & Development Centers, Development Programs & Career Planning, Recruitment & Selection, and HR Management Advisory.
We are now looking for a Freelance Psychologist/Consultant in Indonesia.
Freelance Consultant/Psychologist
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Selecting, interviewing and evaluating candidates on their competencies
Ø Advising clients related to recruitment, promotion, re-orientation, and development/training
Ø Following up and maintaining good relationship with clients
Ø Executing Assessment/Development Centres by using psychometric tests, specific tools and assessment exercises
Ø Providing feedback session
Requirements:
Ø Master degree in I/O Psychology, Occupational Psychology or its equivalent
Ø Minimum 3 years recruitment and assessment working experience
Ø Good command of spoken and written English
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Have a feeling for the psyche of people and a commercial attitude
Ø Willing to work overtime and under pressure
