Requirements :
*A university degree holder from any major
*Minimal one year experience as a trainer
*Preferable from insurance industry background
*Effective English communication skills
*Able speaking mandarin will be an advantage
*Innovative/ creative, yet analytical with a good ability in understanding and managing complex situations
*Good communication and interpersonal skills – can express ideas and exchanges information clearly and persuasively.
*Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to roll-up his /her sleeves to get things done;
*High level of personal integrity and uncompromising personal ethics as well as ability to profess the company’s corporate values of empowerment and trust
*Willing to be stationed outside Jakarta
