SALES EXECUTIVE – WESTERN MARKET [Bali]
Responsibilities:
*Identify new customers and evaluate customer and market competition.
*Manage the customer relationship including: the establishment of the initial agreement, responding to customer request, identification of ways to improve service, better optimize the network and add value to the relationship.
*In partnership with operations, ensure operational execution of program requirements and tracking contract compliance with contract terms.
*Manage sales strategies to improve market share and profitability.
*Weekly and Monthly reporting include analyze business opportunities, potential risk and appropriate recommendation to Sales Manager
*Achieving target every month
*Assist to formulate and implement marketing campaign and activities, manage promotional events and exhibitions, updated and maintain customer database and assist in developing marketing collateral as well as promotion materials.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills both in spoken and written English
* Candidates should preferably have at least 2 – 3 years work experience in the tourism industry specialize Western Market more preferable.
* Customer focus/customer relation, problem solving, negotiations skills
* Self motivated, energetic and independent with good interpersonal and selling skills
* Result oriented, responsible with strong analytical, organizational and multi tasking skills
* Excellent in sales & marketing, presentation
* Target oriented
* Strong in administration skill
* Proficiency in MS office applications
