Telemarketing Head

To be successful in this position you will:

*Manage TeleSales Department;
*Continue maintaining activity in Database Marketing (Partner’s Database, Vendor’s Database) via Telesales;
*Maintain good relations with existing Partners (database owner), as well as internal relations to ensure all department support Telemarketing Department to achieve department goals;
*Manage the sales team to drive and achieve the business goals and sales target;
*Reporting to the board on a monthly basis on targets and performance;
*Ensure the sales team has sufficient product knowledge and service standard by providing training and coaching;
*Manage and improve the overall operation of the team by initiating necessary process improvement and system enhancement.

Requirements:

*Male/Female, age 30 – 38 years old;
*Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university;
*Min 3 Years experience in the telemarketing insurance business;
*Good knowledge in Direct Marketing, Telemarketing and TeleSales;
*Have a good target achievement history;
*Strong analytical and strategic thinking;
*Strong leadership to lead telesales team with the high achivement orientation;
*Proficient in English both oral & written;
*Computer literate (Ms. word, excel, power point, and email).
