Customer Care Officer
Requirement:
*Min. Bachelor Degree in related field – from reputable University or College.
*Min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0.
*Min. Experience of 3-5 Years in Customer Care Division.
*Having good understanding on Customer Care work flow.
*Good Communications Skills, both written and Spoken, Especially in English.
*Able to work under pressure, fast learner, Excellent in communications & interpersonal skills, independent and be multi – tasking.
